Check the packaging before you sign. If you see tears, crushing or punctures, write “Damaged” next to your signature — and refuse the delivery if it looks serious. Refusing a damaged delivery at the door is faster and simpler than arranging a return. Report any damage to us within 48 hours.
Returns. You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. The item must be unused, unmarked and resaleable, and returned complete in its original packaging with all fixings, accessories and documents. Contact us first for a Return Authorisation: returns sent without one cannot be processed. Return carriage is yours to arrange and pay for. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied, we pay the return carriage.
