This is a large, heavy item. Due to the size and weight of this tank, offloading equipment is required at the time of delivery. This includes equipment such as a telehandler or forklift with extended forks.
The delivery driver is not able to assist with offloading the tank. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure suitable equipment and personnel are available on site when the delivery is scheduled.
Please note: We are unable to deliver to sites without appropriate offloading facilities.

Someone must be present to sign for delivery. Clear access to the drop-off point is required.
- Forklift, telehandler or suitable lifting equipment required on-site (must be provided by purchaser).

Tank must be completely empty when lifting. Lift eyes are fitted. Care required as the tank is heavy (~600 kg) and may swing when lifted.
- Typical delivery: 5–10 working days after production, depending on location and demand.
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Deliveries to remote regions are subject to freight surcharges based on transport cost. Please contact us prior to purchase for alternative courier arrangements.
- Must be installed on a flat surface. A reinforced concrete base (minimum 200mm thick) with adequate clearance on all sides is suggested.
Inspect the tank on delivery. Report any damage immediately. Do not sign if damage is present and do not attempt to move or lift a damaged tank.
